Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that for any appointment cancellations or changes that occur to a scheduled appointment without 72-hour notice, or for any missed appointments, you will be charged a missed appointment fee.

 

OUR MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE IS 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE, IS DUE ON THE DAY OF CANCELLATION, AND WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE RESERVATION.

 

The missed appointment will not be rescheduled until the fee has been collected. Should you be running late please call and notify your stylist as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it is up to the availability and schedule of the stylist to perform the service or consultation.

 

If you miss or are late to your appointment and the service provider cannot perform your service you will be notified to reschedule your appointment. To secure your new appointment we will require FULL payment of your missed appointment fee, and may also require a deposit. We understand unforeseen circumstances.

 

***Please note that extension application appointments are subject to the extension deposit agreement, which is covered at the booking of that particular service. FOURTEEN DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OF A NEW EXTENSION APPLICATION***

We kindly request when canceling or rescheduling that you contact us during business hours whenever possible, in order to allow us to provide the highest possible service to you regarding rescheduling your appointment.

Extensions Retainer Policy

Any cancellation to your appointment must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment  or your retainer will be forfeited. If your retainer is forfeited you must make a new appointment and an additional retainer may be required. 

 

Any changes to your appointment date and time must be made 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. If there are any changes within 7 days of your scheduled appointment a $150 rescheduling fee will be added to the balance due on the day of application. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and management will use discretion when necessary. 

 

If you change the color or texture of your hair between the consultation and the application appointment, you agree to notify us within 14 days prior to the application appointment to schedule a new consultation. A new deposit may be necessary.

 

A Home Care Maintenance sheet will be given on the day of application; please refer to these instructions for an exceptional experience.
